Insurance

Your Registration fees does not include any kind of insurance.

Responsibility

Attendees are personally responsible for their belongings throughout their stay during the conference days. The organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items; due to any reason whatever.

Transportation

All participants are requested to take care of their transportation themselves. Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant. The organizers will not hold any responsibility in this regard.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Ascend Meetings prior to the event.

Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

Letter of Acceptance will be provided only to those individuals whose abstracts are reviewed and accepted by the organizing committee.

Letter of Invitation (LoI)

For security and from preventing its misuse, Letter of Invitation will be provided to only those individuals who had registered their participation successfully.

VISA Process

In order to maximize your VISA approval rate, we would like to request all our registered participants to apply for VISA interview at least three to four months prior to the event commencement date.
Csion Meetings Pvt Ltd will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of VISA applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Postponement

If the organization postpones an event for any unexpected reason or you are unable/unwilling to attend on scheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You can use these credits for another Ascend Meetings event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registration is eligible for transfer to the other person from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event.
Registration can also be transferred to another conference of Ascend Meetings if the registered person is unable to appear.                                                                             All transfer communications must sent in writing to finance@ascendmeetings.com.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated in less than 40days to the event start date.
Note: Registrant will not be eligible for Refund once the registration is transferred.

Event Cancellation Policy

If Csion Meetings Pvt Ltd cancels the event for any reason, you will receive your 100% registration fee paid or you can transfer your registration to the upcoming or to any other event of ascendmeetings.com if you wish to attend the same.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation providers have their own cancellation policies. Kindly go through their cancellation policies in their official websites.
However we tried our best to assist you to avoid inconvenience. Please contact us as early as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing to finance@ascendmeetings.com
Please note that we keeping this cancellation policy to retain some of the advance payments made towards Hospitality, Photo and Videography, Printing, Shipping and other overheads including bank charges.
Cancellation before 120 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards administrative fee.
Cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to the conference start date will receive 50% refund.
Cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to the conference start date will receive 25% refund.
Cancellations received below 59 days of the conference start date are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made after two weeks from the conference end date.
The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point in time.
e-Poster presentations are not refundable.

Terms&Conditions:

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In that case, payments made towards registration and/or lodging will be refunded. Organizer will have no further liability to the client. Refunds will be made after the conference.
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
