Important Guidelines for Attendees!

Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 page in portrait layout.
A clear and concise abstract of no more than 350 words in English only.
A title (formatted in Title Case, not UPPERCASE).
A list of all authors using their preferred abbreviations, as well as each author’s full name.
Institution affiliations are must for each author.
Co-authors and affiliations below the title in Italics (the main author's name should be underlined, and the name of the presenting author should be marked with an asterisk (*).
The main body of text to be left aligned and single spacing throughout.
The use of figures, graphs, and schemes are recommended.
Abstracts should be submitted either in MS Word or PDF format through online via the conference website. You can also send an email attachment to conference mail id with the subject line 'CONFERENCE NAME_abstract'.
Please indicate your preferred presentation type i.e. Oral or a Poster Presentation.
Abstract size should not be more than 1MB if you wish to submit online via conference website. We request you to compress the image size if your abstract is larger than 1MB.
If the file size is still greater than 1MB please email us your abstract to conference email id.
A confirmation mail will be sent in regards of receiving your abstract within next 48 Hrs.
All abstracts must be received before the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.
If necessary, please send via conference email ID. DOCX/PDF version of any abstract containing charts, images, or text formatting essential for the review process.

Oral Presentation

Authors will be selected (on the basis of abstract topic and quality of submissions) to give a brief oral presentation about their research.
Authors giving an oral presentation will not be expected to present a poster.
All presentations should be in Microsoft Power Point format.
Presentations as well as all audio visual material should be presented in only English.
Presentations should be submitted to Organizer at least 3 hours before the session in USB drive.
Presentation Duration: 20-30 Minutes. Each Talk will be followed by Q & A Session.

Poster Presentation

Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to present a poster (if not giving an oral presentation).
When preparing your poster, please keep the dimensions within 1 meter tall by 1 meter wide (40 inches by 40 inches), size the title and the text so it can be read from several yards away (approximately 60 point font for the title and 24-36 point font for the body text), avoid large sections of text, and use images, charts, figures and bulleted lists when possible.
We will keep you posted additional announcements about poster presentations and schedule of meeting activities.

Workshop Submissions

The goal of the workshops is to provide an informal forum for researchers to discuss important research questions and challenges.
Controversial issues, open problems, and comparisons of competing approaches are encouraged as workshop topics.
The organizing Committee invites submissions from individuals or groups to conduct Workshops.
Workshops/Sessions will be 40 to 45min in length.  
All topics relevant to the conference topic are welcomed.
Workshop/seminar proposals that incorporate a variety of instructional approaches (e.g. lecture, interactive discussion, hands-on exercises) and materials (e.g. slides, handouts, sample data) are strongly encouraged.

Proposals should include the following information

Workshop proposals should be submitted in PDF format.  
Proposed title and organizers (names, affiliations, email, identify one primary contact person).
Description of workshop: objectives and goals.
Short biography of each presenters included.
